This policy explains what information OpusYard collects, why, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your data

OpusYard is a product of Pragvia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62010KL2026OPC100443), 1/319, Paditharackal, Mallappally, Perumpetty, Pathanamthitta, Kerala 689589, India. Pragvia Technologies ("we", "us") decides how personal information collected through OpusYard is used and is responsible for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

For the project, client and team records a company enters into its own workspace, that company decides what is collected and why; we process those records on its behalf to provide the service.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, when you sign up or are invited to a company workspace.

Company and project data you or your team enter: projects, sites, daily reports, documents, drawings, photos and videos, quotes, invoices, expenses, attendance, and similar records. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.

Basic technical data needed to run the service: session and device information shown in your account's active-sessions list, and audit-log entries recording who changed what.

How we use it

To provide the service: sign you in with one-time codes, show you your company's data, generate documents and PDFs, and send notifications you or your team trigger.

To send one-time verification codes and notifications by email and, where a phone number is provided and the feature is enabled, by WhatsApp.

We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Sign-in and cookies

There are no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. After sign-in we store session tokens in secure, HTTP-only cookies that are used only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who can see your data

Your company owner controls which team members can see what, through roles and permissions. Files such as documents, drawings and receipts are only available to people permitted to view them; they are not publicly listed.

Links you deliberately share (for example a quote, invoice or document share link, or a contract signing link) can be opened by anyone who has the link until it expires or you revoke it.

Service providers

We use providers to operate the service, such as email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, payment processing for subscriptions, and hosting. They receive only what is needed to perform their function.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited by company and role, and changes are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account protected and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your company account is active. Company owners can remove records and team members within the product. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
