Who we are

OpusYard is a product of Pragvia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62010KL2026OPC100443), a company registered in India with its registered office at 1/319, Paditharackal, Mallappally, Perumpetty, Pathanamthitta, Kerala 689589, India. In these terms "Pragvia Technologies", "we", "us" and "our" mean Pragvia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, and "you" means the company that uses OpusYard and the people it invites.

Your agreement for the use of OpusYard, including any paid subscription, is with Pragvia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.

Using the service

OpusYard is software for managing construction projects, sites, procurement, finance and related records. By creating a company workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms.

You must be authorised to act for your company. Company owners are responsible for who they invite and the permissions they give, and for the accuracy of the information entered by their team.

Your account

Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into OpusYard. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload and share the content you add, including documents, drawings and images.

Our software and brand

Pragvia Technologies owns the OpusYard software, website, design and documentation, and the OpusYard name and logo. A subscription gives your company the right to use the service while it is active; it does not transfer any of these to you.

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, or use our name and logo without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other companies' data, disrupt or overload the service, upload malicious files, send spam, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Signatures and documents

OpusYard provides tools for electronic signing, approvals and document sharing. Whether a particular signed document is legally binding, and the tax or legal correctness of quotes, invoices and other documents, is your responsibility; the product does not provide legal or tax advice.

Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Plan details and prices are shown at the time you subscribe and may change with notice. Prices exclude GST, which is added to every charge.

Subscriptions are billed and collected by Pragvia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN 32AAQCP6355A1ZI) through our payment partner Razorpay. How renewals, cancellations and refunds work is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request we will help you export or delete your company's data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pathanamthitta, Kerala.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. We will update the date above when that happens.
