Yes. Projects, sites, clients, vendors, workers, attendance, materials, expenses and cost codes can be imported from Excel or CSV, and the same lists export back out whenever you need them.
Yes. The Starter plan is free for up to 3 team members on 1 active project, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card to begin. You can upgrade, downgrade or add seats whenever you're ready.
Each plan is a flat price per company with a team size built in: Growth includes 10 members, up to 25; Business includes 30 members, up to 100. Extra seats can be added any time. Client-portal users never take a seat. Prices exclude 18% GST, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free. Enterprise is priced for your portfolio, so talk to us.
Yes. You can give a client their own login to the client portal, where they see only their own project.
Yes. Add a branch for each place you operate from, each with its own country, currency, time zone and tax registration (a GSTIN per state in India, a VAT number in the UAE). Every project takes its currency and time zone from its branch, and amounts in different currencies are never added together. A company with one location never sees branches at all.
Deleted records go to the Trash and stay there for 30 days, where they can be restored. After that they are removed for good.
Yes. Invoices, payments and customers sync to Zoho Books, and invoices, receipts and bills export to Tally Prime. Clients can pay invoices online through Razorpay. Calendars subscribe from Google or Outlook, and GST e-invoice and e-way bill files are generated for the government portals. On the Business plan you also get outbound webhooks and a REST API with API keys.
