The pipeline that feeds every project.
Keep every prospective client in one place, move them from first enquiry to a live project, and carry their details, and the quote's numbers, straight across. No re-typing, and no separate CRM to keep in sync.
- Contact, company, location, source and expected budget on every lead
- Five statuses, from New to Converted, or Lost
- Every change on record in the lead's Activity tab

From first enquiry to a live project.
Track each lead as it moves through five statuses. When the work is real, there are two ways to turn it into a project.
You move a lead between statuses yourself as the conversation progresses. Converting it to a project marks it Converted.
Route 1
Convert the lead directly
When you don't need a formal quote first.
- 1
Convert to project
One action on the lead. Give the project a name (it defaults to the contact's name).
- 2
Pick a client, or let it create one
Reuse an existing client, or leave it blank and a new client is created from the lead's company, contact, email and phone.
- 3
Project created, lead marked Converted
You land straight on the new project.
Route 2
Quote first, then convert
When the client needs to see and approve numbers.
- 1
Create quote from the lead
Available on any open lead. The quote is linked to the lead, with the title, client name and email prefilled.
- 2
Price it, send it, get it approved
Line items with per-line tax, emailed as a PDF. Approval runs Draft → Pending Approval → Approved (or Rejected).
- 3
Convert the approved quote
A client is created or reused, and a project is created with the quote total as its budget and estimated cost. The linked lead is marked Converted.
One action creates the client and the project.
Winning the work shouldn't mean re-entering it. Converting a lead, or an approved quote, sets up everything the project needs to start.
A client
An existing client you choose, or a new one built from the lead's company or contact name, email and phone.
A project
Linked to that client. Converting from a quote also carries the quote total across as the project's budget and estimated cost.
A converted lead
The lead is marked Converted, so your list shows exactly which enquiries became work.
- All-or-nothing: the client, project and lead update are saved together, so a failure can't leave a half-created client behind.
- A lead can't be converted twice, and a quote can't be turned into a second project.
- Only an approved quote can be converted.
- Conversions are written to the audit log with who did it and when.
Built for the team that chases the work.
Everything you need to keep a busy list under control.
Headline counts sit above the list and don't change when you filter it.

Search
Across contact name, company, email, phone and location.
Filter by status and source
Narrow the list to any status, or to where the lead came from: website, referral, manual or other.
Sort and page
Order by date added, budget or contact name, with pagination for long lists.
Expected budget
Record what the prospect expects to spend, in rupees, right on the lead.
Activity log
Every creation, edit, status change and conversion is logged on the lead's Activity tab.
Role-based access
Viewing, editing, deleting and converting leads are separate permissions, so you decide who can do what.
Quotes by email
Send the quote as a PDF. If there's no client email on the quote, it falls back to the lead's email.
Source tracking
Tag every lead as website, referral, manual or other, and filter the list by it.
