Quote it, win it, build it.
Build line-item quotes with real per-line tax, get them approved, and send them to the client as a PDF. Then turn the approved quote into a project, with the client set up and the quote total already in as the budget.
- Tax is calculated per line, not as a header percentage
- Draft → Pending Approval → Approved
- An approved quote becomes a client and a project with a starting budget

Tax is applied line by line. Sample shows 18% on every line.
Nothing goes out, or gets built, unapproved.
Every quote moves through the same approval flow before it can become a project.
Each move is recorded in the audit log, and the quote's creator is notified of the outcome.
Winning it shouldn't mean re-typing it.
Converting an approved quote sets up everything the project needs to start.
- 1
Get it approved
Only an Approved quote can be converted to a project.
- 2
Client created or reused
The linked client is reused. If there isn't one, a client is created from the quote's client name and email.
- 3
Project with a starting budget
The project takes the quote's title and client, and the quote total becomes its budget and estimated cost. A linked lead is marked Converted.
Priced properly, line by line.
Everything you need to put a credible number in front of a client.
Line items
Description, quantity, unit and unit price on every line, optionally tied to a cost code.
Real per-line tax
Up to two tax rates per line, for example a CGST and SGST split, or a single IGST. They drive the quote total. Tax rates are managed in settings.
Your own numbering
Set the prefix, suffix, number length, starting number and whether the year is included, from the Numbering settings.
Valid-until date
Record how long the offer stands.
Linked to a lead or a client
Link the quote to a lead, to an existing client, or just enter a client name and email.
Send it your way
Email the quote as a PDF, download the PDF, or share a no-login link. When it was sent, and to whom, is recorded.
Built to stay correct.
- A quote can only be converted once, so there are no duplicate projects.
- Conversion is all-or-nothing: the client, project and lead update are saved together.
- Conversions are written to the audit log with who did it and when.
- Automation rules can react to quote status changes by notifying admins or emailing the client.
