Workforce

Know who's working, where they're working, and what it costs.

Mark attendance by site, set each person's wage, and let payroll be worked out from the attendance you already recorded. When a salary is paid, its cost lands on the projects the person worked on.

Add your site crew as workers with a trade and wage. They don't need an account and don't use a plan seat.

Today's workforce

Present, absent, on leave and total headcount on the dashboard, with today's attendance rate.

Pay

Payroll from the attendance you already have.

Daily or hourly wage

Set a wage rate and a daily or hourly basis on each worker.

Calculated from attendance

Daily pay counts a full day for Present and half for Half Day. Hourly pay uses the hours worked.

Approval before payment

Salary records go Draft → Pending Approval → Approved → Paid.

Cost lands on the projects

When a salary is marked Paid, its cost posts as a labour expense to each project the person worked on, split by their attendance.

How it works

Built around your crew.

  • Workers don't need an account, so a crew of any size never uses a plan seat. Staff who do sign in can be linked to check in with GPS themselves.
  • There is one attendance record per person per day.
  • There is one salary record per person per pay period.
  • A person with no attendance in the period generates no cost.
