Keep materials moving.
Sites raise material requests, procurement turns them into purchase orders, and every delivery is received against the order, updating stock and posting the cost to the project as it arrives.
- Material request → purchase order → received
- Partial deliveries received line by line
- Received materials update stock and project cost automatically

- 1
Raise a material request
Pick the site, the material and the quantity. Requests are approved before anyone buys anything.
- 2
Create the PO from it
One action pre-fills a draft purchase order. You choose the vendor and pricing, then submit it for approval. Nothing is auto-approved.
- 3
Receive against the order
Record the quantity received on each line, including partial deliveries.
Everything on the order.
Vendors
Register material suppliers, subcontractors, or both.
Line items
Material, quantity, unit, unit price, up to two tax rates and a cost code on every line.
Your own numbering
Requests, POs, vendor bills and work orders follow your Numbering settings.
Delivery status
Each PO shows Delivered, Partially Received, Back Ordered or Delayed, worked out from what has been received and the expected delivery date.
Receiving does the bookkeeping.
Stock updates
Receiving a line adds it to your stock log when the line is linked to a catalogue material and the PO has a site.
Cost posts to the project
Received quantity × unit price is posted as a material expense when the PO has a project.
Materials catalogue
Keep a catalogue of materials with units and a reorder threshold.
Vendor bills
Vendor bills go through approval to paid.
Work orders
Issue subcontractor work orders, signed by OTP, with progress entries and payments.
