Set the signer's email and send. They get an email with a secure signing link. No account needed.

The signer confirms and signs
They request a 6-digit code (sent by email, and also by WhatsApp when the document has the signer's phone number), enter it, and sign with a typed or drawn signature. The code is valid for 10 minutes and allows 5 attempts.

Your company countersigns
Once it's signed, a member of your team countersigns and the document is complete.

Master contract

A title, the contract text, the contract value and the effective date, kept on the project.

Change orders with a cost delta

Each change order records a cost change and a schedule impact in days.

Approval and signature

Change orders go Draft → Pending Approval → Approved (or Rejected), and are also signed.

Budget updated automatically

When a change order is approved, its cost delta is added to the project budget exactly once and logged.

Safeguards

Signatures you can rely on.

Signing needs a one-time code, sent by email and, when a phone number is on record, by WhatsApp too.
The signer's name, email, signature, time, IP address and browser are recorded.
A signed document can't be cancelled or deleted.
Every send, signature, countersignature and cancellation is written to the audit log.
